2. This service is offered free of charge to any person who registers for an alert (You, Your).

3. We will never sell or disclose Your details to any third party unless we are required to by law except as specified in these terms and conditions

4. No consideration has passed from You to Us and We have no duty of care towards You

5. We will send you messages from time to time, but we are under no obligation to send messages and we do not guarantee to inform you of any or all allergy alerts

6. We are not responsible if, for any reason, an alert message does not reach You

7. Some alerts may be sent by email only - rather than SMS and other means.

8. It is your responsibility to ensure that we are kept informed of your current email address, phone numbers and other contact details

9. You are responsible for ensuring that your internet service provider, telephone network operator and any firewall or anti-spam or equivalent services do not block our messages and You are encouraged to ensure that all such services are configured to allow messages from us to get through

11. From time to time we may need to prove that messages we have been paid to send have actually been sent.
