Twinings Luxury Hot Chocolate Drink - 220 g Tin Best Before "BB 31/07/2008"
There is a possibility that milk may get into this product during manufacture. This is not indicated on the product label of all tins. Although the product is intended to be prepared and consumed with milk, the absence of an allergy advisory statement on the product may make it unsuitable for consumers with a milk allergy and who choose to prepare the product with an alternative to milk, such as ‘soya milk’.
Consumers with a milk allergy should not consume this product but return it to the store where they purchased it for a full refund.
The affected batches have a best before date of ‘BB 31/07/2008’ or earlier printed on the base of the tin and the product label appears as below.
No other Twinings products are affected by this issue.
